The Alien Response Task Force was an organization created after the war with the invading Luxen. They are in charge of handling situations that concern Luxen aliens. They are a police of sorts.

The officers, called ART officers dress in all white, with their faces shielded by a shiny helmet. Sometimes they carry assault rifles, and other times they carry rifles that are electronic pulse weapons, one hit can kill a Luxen on the spot.
